With a background in clinical psychology, research, and yoga teaching, Jill is committed to creating meaningful, evidence-based programs that inspire health and healing in diverse communities of young people. Her commitment to serving homeless LGBTQ+ youth led her to establish NYC Yoga For All, with a focus on providing trauma-informed yoga tailored to this population.
Jill is a California native who completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Creative Writing at The American University of Paris and pursued her Master of Arts in Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University with an Area of Focus in Spirituality Mind Body Practices. She currently works in research for a public mental health consulting company, implementing substance abuse treatment programs for underserved populations.
Jill is a registered, integrative yoga teacher and received her RYT-200 credential from YogaX, a special initiative of Stanford University Psychiatry dedicated to the integration of yoga and healthcare. Jill is currently enrolled in a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training program through YogaX, where she earned her Trauma-Informed Yoga Certificate.
